We do our best to repair your vehicle in a timely fashion, however the nature of car repair can be unpredictable - with issues that are only realized after the car is in the shop. That said please note that the appointment time requested only means we will expect to see you at that time. We will not necessarily begin working on your car at that time. Generally, it is best to drop your car off in the morning and we will notify you throughout the day of the progress.
