I have been using Paul's for over twenty five years because I know the job will be done right. They have always kept me informed of any additional maintenance I might consider, but never pushy. I know that at any time I have a question about the service they are always ready to go over all that was done. I would be reluctant to go to any other shop.

The guys here are always really nice, professional, and easy to talk to. I love that you can book an appointment online and when your car is being worked on, you get a text with a link to notes and photos of the inspection. I've been coming here for a few years, but my latest experience stood out. Brandon was incredibly nice and explained everything to me. When I came to pick up my car at the end of the day, Lee even loaded my bike into the back of the car while I was paying. I was very touched by the fact that he went out of his way to do something completely unnecessary.

I brought my car into Paul's Automotive Inc. today because it was not passing a smog test. I informed Anthony that it was not passing and Instead of charging me $200+ to run a diagnostic, Anthony read the codes on my car and said that all it needed was to be driven a little longer. It was refreshing to bring my car to an honest mechanic who was willing to help me with my vehicle without taking a dollar from me. I appreciate the honesty and thank you for doing the right thing. When my car actually has some issues I will definitely be bringing it back!
