Love them! My alternator went out, brought it in. They called later, great price to do the job. Emailed me a diagnostic which Mike went over with me on the phone letting me know the health of the rest of the car. Filters and coolant change more and my car runs great. The AC is like new, arctic blast!!! Great job, people, price, service and they all know how to drive a stick shift! Thank you Mike and team. Customer for life! Charlotte

I've been taking my cars to Paul's Automotive Inc. for many years and have always found their service to be fast, reliable, friendly, and honest. They may not be the least expensive mechanic in town, but I definitely prefer quality and honesty in a mechanic over saving a few bucks. Mike is one of the nicest people I've ever met and his personality extends through in his customer interactions. On my last trip in for a tune-up, Mike provided me with a very reasonable estimate within 4 hours of me dropping off the car. The car was ready by the end of the day despite the fact that I said I was in no rush and could wait a few days to get my car back if necessary. If you need the job done right, go to Paul's.

Pauls Automotive is Top Notch, their staff is friendly and courteous and always takes the time to explain whats going on with your vehicle.Every time I've taken my vehicles in for any kind of repair it comes out running like a champ.I recommend Pauls to every one I know who needs auto repairs. My vehicle had a special circumstance where they were unable to find the part from the dealer or other avenues they can use. We were able to find it on EBAY and they agreed the would install it for us. They are always very friendly and courteous.

These guys are wonderful! I've been using them for the past 4 years, and my late husband used them for at least 10 years before that. I took my 1992 Honda in for a smog check and it failed. They quoted me a price for doing a complete diagnostic, which seemed a bit high, but I said ok. Wow! I'm surprised if they made 50 cents an hour for how hard they searched for what was wrong..They finally found the problem, and I expected a huge bill, but it was quite reasonable and the labor was no more than for the basic diagnostic. What a nice surprise! I was sorry to hear that Paul retired, but Mike is continuing with thorough, honest and friendly service. Thanks to Brendan and Anthony who kept me informed and gave me such cheerful help. See you next time I need help. You're terrific!

Although my first trip to this business started off rocky, the owner committed himself to making sure he did everything he could to solve numerous problems that arose. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WITHOUT HESITATION. I took my wife's minivan in for a tune-up. It has about 120K miles and had not had any work done other than routine things like oil changes, brakes and tires. We were trying to determine whether to keep the vehicle or simply trade it in. They ran diagnostics and provided a detailed report outlining what needed to be completed. The work would total $2,100 so we decided to do it and keep the van for at least another year since they stated the vehicle was in overall good shape. i will not reiterate the entire odyssey that commenced, but the abbreviated version includes us getting the van back only to find it leaking. Several other trips and much work later the van was running great. Why with these issues would I give this place 5 stars? Easy. Some things went wrong. That could happen anywhere. But not everywhere would take the steps the owner (Mike) did to make everything right. He completed extra work, stayed late several nights and even worked on weekends when they are typically closed. He did all this without any additional charge; telling me he promised to return the vehicle in good condition and he would do whatever it took to do that because he stands behind his work. He kept in contact with me and provided updates. I have no doubt that if I ever need work done again I will go here because he is honest and a man who goes above and beyond to get the job done and done right.

2016 makes 23 years. 6 cars (at least) and the same 4 or 5 guys in the shop. Paul's retired, but the new owner was there when we were both single! It's a phenomenal experience to feel respected as a customer and these guys do that. They are honest and have been FAR more affordable than the dealership or chain places. Their schedule is full for a reason. Lucky me, I'm part of the midtown OG who can get in!
