Good solid work at a fair price. Had to get my car smogged and my usual stop for minor repairs (Advanced Tire) suggested Paul's. I've been to Paul's a few times now. They are great about getting it done on time, and if you're downtown the location is great. Got busy after I dropped my Subie off yesterday, so I left the car overnight and they parked it in the garage for me, no problem, no charge.

Mike and all of the guys down at Paul's Automotive Inc. are kind and helpful! They made it super easy to drop my car off early in the morning- on the way to work. They know my car very well and showed me the work they completed. Mike is very knowledgeable on my Honda, making me feel comfortable and confident leaving it in his care.

Paul's has been great! I have been going to the shop for almost two years. They are affordable, friendly, and timely. As a female there are not many shops that will take the time to explain what the problem is and the solution options, and Paul's has always explained what work is needed and has been done on my vehicle. I will keep going back!

So far I have been completely satisfied with my service here.I brought my car in for an exhaust leak but they found an issue that was more pressing and needed to be done ASAP. The control arms needed to be replaced. I previously took my car to Big O because I kept hearing a noise. They said it was the brakes. However the noise kept coming back. Mike and the mechanics (sorry couldn't resist) provide excellent customer service and will explain them to you without talking down to you. I've been looking for a shop I can take my car too without feeling like I'm getting screwed. Hard to find trustworthy folks like these.

Great experience! I wanted to leave town at 2pm but my car needed an axle replacement - I dropped my car off at 8am and it was done in less than 3 hours, leaving me plenty of time. Friendly staff as well!

By far the most thorough car inspection I've ever seen. They checked everything from the whole front end to the wether stripping and air in the spare tire. They even took it for a test drive. Worth every penny in my opinion. Great experience will Paul's Automotive Inc.. I called a day in advanced to schedule an appointment for a used car inspection prior to purchase. When we arrived the next day and mentioned the appointment, the gentleman (seemed as if he ran the shop never caught his name) was unaware however he still squeezed us in. He was very helpful in explaining any and all repairs it may need as well as an estimate price.

Great shop, gives all the details and what needs to be fixed now vs what can last longer.
