I was told by a MAJOR dealer that I needed the water pump replaced on my 2005 Corvette (only 30,000 miles). I was quoted $1200 by the dealership and told them to put my Vette back together and I would see if I could find a better deal. I contacted Paul's through RepairPal and received a call from Mike within 5 minutes, and a quote of only $700 for a new water pump installed. I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning and asked if I could drop it off Thursday night. Mike told me they closed at 5:30 but he would hang around until 6 just to get my Vette into the shop. Friday morning Mike called and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my water pump. He did a full diagnostic, gave me a heads up on rear brakes, and I walked out with only $57 in expenses. I'll take that $1150 savings every day of the week. This is a small shop with tight parking space, but I would trust them with any repair going forward. Very professional business I would recommend to anyone.

I contacted them by text message and got a reply within an hour. The service that I received was five star I dropped my car off in the morning to have my A/C checked, Paul called and gave me some options with no up selling just honest advice. I recommend them.

They don't do unnecessary work, and always find the problem. My only mechanic.

I think I may have found my shop! Very professional.

I chose Paul's because it is a STAR station i.e. one that provides DMV STAR smog station certification testing. I have a 1995 Honda Civic. I asked them to do a maintenance check as well. They found two problems: a leak in the cooling system and brake pedal fading. Both problems were fixed quickly much to my satisfaction with the quality of the work and a high level of TLC customer service.

They are always pleasant, honest and fair.
