Friendly, professional mechanics working at a reasonable price. I had several things needing to be checked, repaired and replaced and it all wrapped up quickly and easily. The shop was extremely busy, and while I was offered a ride to work in the early morning, the shop got slammed dealing with other customers bringing their vehicles in before work too. They still offered to take me after finishing up the other check-ins, but the timing would have made me late so instead I walked to my office. But, that's the only improvement I have to note.

On a hot day in June my life started to unravel. My intestines broke through the lining of my crotch (inguinal hernia), a filling fell from my tooth and then, going home from work, the rear back door window of my car fell through the door after the regulator switch exploded on a very hot day. Since that day, I have scheduled a hernia surgery, I had my dentist fill the tooth and I finally got my car to Paul's where they took care of the power window switch where the job was done perfectly and wasn't charged a penny over the estimate although I could tell that it took them a bit more time than anticipated. The "beater car" is back and better than ever, my tooth feels brand new and let's just pray that the surgeon that fixes my hernia is as good as the guys at Paul's Auto. Hey, I am a Buffalo Bills fan, I just roll with the punches that life deals us.
