Sacramento Auto Repair

I find it hard to comment on Paul's Auto because perfect is perfect. Steve and the staff are true professionals. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

Mike and the other mechanics at Paul's Automotive Inc. are great! They are trustworthy, honest, and helpful with any car questions I have.

Once again, fabulous service from the team at Paul's !!!

Mike and the crew at Paul's Automotive Inc. have kept our cars in tip-top condition for over 30 years. Always respectful and the pricing is upfront and fair. Thanks Mike for keeping Paul's at the same standard as always.

Paul's Automotive Inc. is a reliable and trustworthy repair shop.

I have been using Paul's for over twenty five years because I know the job will be done right. They have always kept me informed of any additional maintenance I might consider, but never pushy. I know that at any time I have a question about the service they are always ready to go over all that was done. I would be reluctant to go to any other shop.

Excellent...

Paul's Automotive Inc. always does great work.

They are very good and fair.

The guys here are always really nice, professional, and easy to talk to. I love that you can book an appointment online and when your car is being worked on, you get a text with a link to notes and photos of the inspection. I've been coming here for a few years, but my latest experience stood out. Brandon was incredibly nice and explained everything to me. When I came to pick up my car at the end of the day, Lee even loaded my bike into the back of the car while I was paying. I was very touched by the fact that he went out of his way to do something completely unnecessary.
