I'm a female stereotype. I don't know anything about cars except how to fill the gas. But now that I finally have my own car, I'm trying really hard to be proactive about learning to take care of it and most of all, I'm trying not to get bamboozled out of a lot of money. I took my car to another well rated yelp service for my 5k mile tune up about a year ago and I felt uneasy after leaving the place. In retrospect, I'm pretty sure I spent waay more than I should have. Being overly cautious for my 15k tune up, I found a bunch of places on yelp to call and I had no intention of making an appointment until I had talked to a few places and gotten a few quotes. But as soon as I called this place, I felt so comfortable and at ease. They were so friendly on the phone that it actually caught me off guard and they quoted me a price well below other estimates so I immediately booked an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, they were speedy and efficient. They took down my information, quoted me the same low price they had over the phone, and went over what they were going to be doing with my car and I loved that they also talked about services that I probably wouldn't need at this time to save me some money. My car was ready at the time promised and the end price ended up being exactly the same as the quoted price. Nothing more, nothing less. Speedy, efficient and honest service. I'll definitely be bringing my car back for all my future needs.
