Came here on the recommendation of my neighbors. I went in for routine maintenance, asked them not to replace two parts I can take care of myself for cheaper, and they listened! Got a helpful digital diagnostic and some tips at the end of my service. Friendly, honest, efficient, and conveniently located. Will definitely go back. Special shout out to Greg, who was especially kind and helpful.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics in the past and was a little nervous, but Tom helped me through every step of the process and they were able to fix my AC, which had been broken for years, in about a day and a half.

They charged me $140 just to tell me something I already knew, without fixing it. I am taking it to another shop to fix it. I was quoted $200 less at the other place I called for the same fix! Really sad they weren't able to price match or compromise because I would rather go to Paul's, but I just cant continue to pay the overcharges.
