Fast and easy

My GMC work van just stopped I do not have a Mechanic to take it to because most times I fix it myself. I ask the BMW repair shop 1 block from where my truck quit. He said he did not work on GMC’s. He then told me to take it to Paul’s. I had it towed to Paul’s . They where great they did everything I asked them to do The day I got my van back I made a appointment for my Denali.

5 stars for sure! Just moved to Sacramento and was having some car trouble. A friend recommended Paul’s Automotive, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service and transparency. They sent a diagnostic report to my email so I could review and fully understand their recommendations. On top of that, they were quite busy when I stopped by, but they were all too happy to help. I have had the same mechanic for over a decade back in Los Angeles. I trusted him and he built a relationship with me over the years that felt like he was a friend. I get the same vibe here. Tom was so welcoming and happy to help. Thank you to the whole team. You have a new repeat customer for sure!
