I love Paul's Automotive! They are communicative and fix my car in a timely manner. I have a Prius and they take the time to take the car apart and fix what they can without ordering parts if possible, which I appreciate. They are friendly and good at their jobs and I highly recommend!

Some auto repair places seem like they’ll do anything to get your money, but I didn’t feel that way at all here at Paul’s. I felt like they genuinely cared for my safety and the health of my car! Wow! I entrusted somebody new (to me) for a whole laundry list of items needing attention on my vehicle. I was a bit embarrassed to bring it in after neglecting it for several years. I called and made an appointment a couple days in advance. When I brought the vehicle in, I was given immediate attention, thorough description of the process, estimated price,and final expected completion date. A couple hours into it, I received a very professional text that included photos and complete descriptions of the repairs needed. You can imagine my surprise when they cut the expected date in half, the text indicated the job was complete. When I picked it up, they went through the invoice line by line. Everyone was distancing properly, sanitizing customer areas, and wearing masks. The vehicle has not been in better shape. Very professional and a great job all the way around. I'll be back, you should go see them too. Thank you Paul's Automotive!

Have been taking the same car to Paul's Automotive for over 8 years. Have found the business to be honest, efficient, and focused on customer service. Closed on weekends, so weekend issues have to wait until Monday to be addressed, but they do their best to get their customers back on the road as quickly as possible.
