Great service! It was my first time going to Paul’s automotive and they were all really sweet and helpful and made sure everything was okay with my little car! Definitely recommend, also great prices for such amazing service.

I had a great experience at Paul's! I took my car in because the brakes were making a noise, and they did a thorough inspection to try and find the problem. The inspection report even came with pictures. They didn't end up finding what caused the noise, but my car has not made the noise since (it may have just been debris). They did find that my car had a bad wheel bearing, which was causing other issues. They even took me on a test drive to show me the wheel bearing issue and to try and find the original noise. I have taken my car in for servicing and inspections at multiple other places- including the dealership- and none of them caught this problem. They also offered to do a free follow-up inspection if the original noise returns. On top of all this, everyone was super friendly and the service was prompt. Paul's really goes the extra mile. I highly recommend this place!

As always, the work is impeccable, but they are getting so busy that add on work requires more that a day. This is understandable and the eventual work is worth the added time in the shop. Thanks to Mike and the crew for keeping us worry free.
