Best shop in Sacramento. I worked with Mike to diagnose a brake issue that two other shops could not figure out. Mike is the real deal. I had (new) brake work done a few months back at a different shop and shortly after a crazy noise started coming from the drivers side front wheel. Other shops told me I had to replace the entirety of my front brakes to get rid of a strange metallic grind noise. Mike figured it out in the course of an hour while showing his new technician some tips. I’ve recommended this shop to many of my friends and family already. Thank you Mike and Paul’s Automotive!

I love Paul's! The staff is great, the prices are fair, and they're always honest with you. When I brought my dying Subaru in, they gave me their honest assessment that it would be better to buy a new car than to fix this one. I had them check out the used car I was buying before the sale was final and they did it for free. The location is also super convenient -- if you're a Capitol/downtown Sac worker, you can just drop it off in the morning, walk to work, and then pick your car up on your way home. Big fan of these guys!

I've always been loyal to dealerships but not anymore! Paul's is the best, so thorough, amazing reporting process and great staff. Anyone who takes their car here will not be disappointed.

I use to take my Yukon to the dealership for service and after one too many times of scheduling errors and repairs incomplete, I began searching for a new mechanic. My friend reccommended Paul's. I couldn't be happier. Never going anywhere else again! They are so thorough and their reporting process included pictures of things the dealership never caught. I love the text message updates I recieve and the staff are so nice. Best shop ever!
