Paul's Automotive is my favorite. I have always been weary of mechanics, as I am often afraid I will get overcharged or convinced to do additional work that doesn't need to happen. I have never felt this way at Paul's. The staff are always very transparent, and provide me with options when available. I will only go to Paul's. I just don't trust anyone else.

Really enjoyed my experience -- very easy and low stress. The digital diagnosis is an amazing tool. I will come again.

Because you guys always do good work I bring my truck into Paul's when I'm in the area and when the truck requires attention. And you put a fine face on things--good or bad. So, thanks. David

No shop in Sacramento has better service, or better mechanics. They don't take advantage of people with limited knowledge of cars. They explain every detail of their service before and after the work is done. You are not rushed, you are made to feel welcome. Paul's Automotive gets top marks across the board.
