We’ve been bringing our cars here for a couple of years now and we’re completely satisfied with the service, both auto and customer. The work is thorough, professionally presented and they tell me what’s urgent and what can wait. I trust and appreciate that.

I am very satisfied with the services provided by Paul's Automotive. I like that they provide an electronic inspection report with pictures of their findings and service recommendations.

This is a small specialty or boutique auto repair shop that can do just about anything. I especially appreciate their kindness and interaction with me. I would highly recommend them!

An absolute 5 stars every time. Mike continues to keep things up to snuff and we've NEVER had a complaint. We never measure a shop based on individual personalities, only on the service provided and quality of the work. Paul's Automotive has always provided the best of those two each and every time.

I just got off the phone with them, the man on the phone seemed very distracted and didn't hear a thing I said. I gave them a chance and asked if they work on BMW's and the type of issue I was having, then got a long pause until I said bye. Whether they do good honest work, at a reasonable price is unknown.
