these guys are not the most honest, in fact they're liars and crooks I brought my old civic in as it was over heating. they told me it was the thermostat and then proceeded to replaced the thermostat and charged me. moved on, within a few days the car was overheating again. i took it to another shop before they worked on it, he said let me run a few tests before i replace anything. then called me later and told me the heads were cracked and that to fix it would cost more than the car is worth. why couldn't have Paul's saved me the trouble. i'll tell you why because all they wanted to do was charge me parts and labor, get my money and send me on my merry way to have someone else deal with the problem. who cares they got their money and wasted mine. not very honest in my book i'll never use them again. and you've been warned.
Good afternoon. This is Mike from Pauls Automotive. I read your complaint and am going look into it tomorrow asap. We are not crooks and we are as honest as it gets. There is no way you can tell a cylinder head has a crack unless that cylinder head has been removed from your vehicle. I don't know what shop told you that but they are assuming and obviously did no evaluation. Again my name is Mike. If you could call me in the morning, I will be at Paul's Automotive at 9:15 in the morning. I would like to review your invoice and go from there. We take a high level of pride in what we do. Please give me the opportunity to make this bad situation right.
