5 stars for sure! Just moved to Sacramento and was having some car trouble. A friend recommended Paul’s Automotive, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service and transparency. They sent a diagnostic report to my email so I could review and fully understand their recommendations. On top of that, they were quite busy when I stopped by, but they were all too happy to help. I have had the same mechanic for over a decade back in Los Angeles. I trusted him and he built a relationship with me over the years that felt like he was a friend. I get the same vibe here. Tom was so welcoming and happy to help. Thank you to the whole team. You have a new repeat customer for sure!

I love Paul's Automotive! They are communicative and fix my car in a timely manner. I have a Prius and they take the time to take the car apart and fix what they can without ordering parts if possible, which I appreciate. They are friendly and good at their jobs and I highly recommend!

Wow! I entrusted somebody new (to me) for a whole laundry list of items needing attention on my vehicle. I was a bit embarrassed to bring it in after neglecting it for several years. I called and made an appointment a couple days in advance. When I brought the vehicle in, I was given immediate attention, thorough description of the process, estimated price,and final expected completion date. A couple hours into it, I received a very professional text that included photos and complete descriptions of the repairs needed. You can imagine my surprise when they cut the expected date in half, the text indicated the job was complete. When I picked it up, they went through the invoice line by line. Everyone was distancing properly, sanitizing customer areas, and wearing masks. The vehicle has not been in better shape. Very professional and a great job all the way around.
