Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics in the past and was a little nervous, but Tom helped me through every step of the process and they were able to fix my AC, which had been broken for years, in about a day and a half.

They charged me $140 just to tell me something I already knew, without fixing it. I am taking it to another shop to fix it. I was quoted $200 less at the other place I called for the same fix! Really sad they weren't able to price match or compromise because I would rather go to Paul's, but I just cant continue to pay the overcharges.

The people at Paul's automotive are always courteous. They communicate clearly, and I always have confidence in their automotive expertise.

Still the best auto repair shop in my experience. Apparently , quite a lot of folks thin the same! But they manage to do things well and in a reasonable time, always treat me like I'm important.

Asked for differential change in general loosening a bolt drawing and pouring $200 claiming he would have to move the differential possiblong for fishing with fish story no thanks
