They worked on my 2007 Volvo XC90 with broken drive belt and radiator when no one else would, even after calling 3-4 other shops and they all said NO. They suggested to send to Volvo dealership instead. Ugh. My car now runs great (as can be) now. Thanx to Frank and Tom for being courteous and up front. Hopefully i can get more miles out of this vehicle. happy customer, -jl.

I took my car in for recommended repairs. I know very little about cars so trust is everything. They actually called and said upon their review I didn’t need everything they originally thought I did. How honest is that!!!? My 2006 Corolla still runs like a dream. I will never go anywhere else.

These guys are amazing. Honest mechanics that do fabulous work. My 2006 car works like a 2019 model because of their care.

They burnt a hole in the carpet of my truck and give a bogus diagnostic all I needed was a power steering pump

Good Morning Daylan, this is Mike from Paul's Automotive. 1st off i would like to apologize for your experience. I pulled your invoice, it looks like we found a lot wrong with your vehicle. Did not hear any power steering noise at that time. We felt that the noise was coming from your transmission being it was slipping and not going into gear right away. As far as the burn on your floor, all we did is check the vehicle over. I have photos of other burn marks on seats and floor from possible cigarettes. None of my guys in the shop smoke and there would have been no way that we could have done this. They do a really, I mean really great job. They will bend over backwards to help you. They aren't cheap, but honestly, do you want someone cheap working on your car or truck? Think about it.
