I've taken my car a few times to this place, and they are always super nice. I like that they will send you a text with an explanation and pictures of the issues with your car so that you can think how to best respond to the situation without feeling the pressure of being on the phone or at the shop. I will definitely keep taking my car back here!

I've been a customer since 1993 and have known Mike Spellman for most of that time. Paul's is THE most honest repair shop I've ever encountered from 25+ years of numerous examples of their kindness and assistance. I've gone from a hard partying beater-driving young adult to a mom buying larger vehicles running up mileages driving endlessly to Los Angeles tournaments. Most recently, I'm the parent of a driving teenager. With Paul's I feel confident in my cars' safety for the drivers in my family. Most importantly, I have never been man-splained by the staff at Paul's. EVER. And I'm forever grateful for that.

The best auto repair shop I have ever used. I went to many shops before and they all told me they couldn't figure out why It would not pass smog. I finally took my car to Paul's and they went above and beyond to figure out the issue. They did not just give up after looking at it for a few hours,like everyone else did. All around wonderful experience and great customer service.

My battery died and I was in such a hurry. I didn't want to be late for work. They got me right in and fixed everything within minutes. They definitely saved the day!!!
