This is my idea of a great automotive repair business! First- they will respond IMMEDIATELY via Yelp for a quote. This was really helpful for me with my work schedule, and I could send pictures of the damage, etc quite easily. They located the part, messaged me when they had it, and I set up a day to bring the car in. I dropped off my vehicle, walked a few blocks to a local place for lunch, and my car was ready in one hour. The price was fair: new part + minimal fee for service.Super easy, responsive, and fair. They will definitely be my go-to if I need repairs again!

Love them! My alternator went out, brought it in. They called later, great price to do the job. Emailed me a diagnostic which Mike went over with me on the phone letting me know the health of the rest of the car. Filters and coolant change more and my car runs great. I've been taking my cars to Paul's Automotive Inc. for many years and have always found their service to be fast, reliable, friendly, and honest. They may not be the least expensive mechanic in town, but I definitely prefer quality and honesty in a mechanic over saving a few bucks. Mike is one of the nicest people I've ever met and his personality extends through in his customer interactions. On my last trip in for a tune-up, Mike provided me with a very reasonable estimate within 4 hours of me dropping off the car. The car was ready by the end of the day despite the fact that I said I was in no rush and could wait a few days to get my car back if necessary. If you need the job done right, go to Paul's.

My vehicle had a special circumstance where they were unable to find the part from the dealer or other avenues they can use. We were able to find it on EBAY and they agreed the would install it for us. They are always very friendly and courteous.
