I was a first time customer to Paul's Automotive Inc. referred by a co worker. I was completely satisfied with the exceptional customer service and to find such an honest mechanic. It took a couple of diagnostic strategies to find the issue but even with that it was communicated to me every step of the way. And the price was absolutely fair. Thank you as I was looking for a new and honest place to take my vehicles.

I have taken my car, a 2005 Ford Focus with 170,000 miles twice so far. I have been very happy with their services so far. First, they did the repairs successfully. Second, the guy who schedules the appointment, asks and answers pertinent questions helpfully and courteously. Third, the jobs are done pretty much when they estimate they will be and around the estimated cost. Fourth, the shop is clean and seems orderly and the mechanics seem to be working steadily. So far, so good.

Paul's was very busy when I showed up aat 730 in the morning. There was a line waiting for them to open. But they were efficient and so friendly. Mike was busy and answered calls but didn't rush me through my initial encounter. They are honest too and didn't sell me anything I didn't need. I will definitely go back.

I began going to Paul's last year on the recommendation of a close friend. Once again today I had a wonderful experience--Mike and the crew are great. I'm going to keep going back.

I called Paul's because I thought I needed to have my ignition replaced. Mike took my call and was extremely friendly. After explaining the problem, he asked me if I had tried to use another key to start my car. I hadn't even thought of that. I tried my other key it worked! I really appreciated the fact that he tried to offer a solution that didn't cost me any money. Even though I haven't had work done there yet, I know they will be my first choice in the future.
