I was referred to Paul's Automotive Inc. by a couple of co-workers whose opinions I really respect. I brought in my Mazda 3 with a knocking noise coming from my rear wheel, and upon investigation they discovered the wheel bearing was bad. I gave them the go-ahead to replace the bearing but as I drove out of the lot, the knocking noise was still there. When I brought it back the next day, they went ahead and replaced the break pads and calipers free of charge!! The knocking noise is gone and I'm a happy camper. My co-workers were right when they said these guys are straight-up trustworthy.

Again, Paul's Automotive Inc. didn't disappoint me. I had to have a smog repair on .my PT Cruiser; I remembered how quickly and reasonable they were the first time they worked on my car! I highly recommend Paul's Automotive Inc. for their next car repair!

I just got out of my vehicle and the men that work there were pushing a white car into their parking lot and they stared me down in a very demeaning way. Not doing business here. Didn't make me feel safe at all. Very rude.

Know their stuff. When given an opportunity to change out something and charge me for it they said I could do it myself and told me how. Have taken our Prius here and they did a great job both times and on time as promised. I would take any of my vehicles here with confidence. Very upfront and honest.
