Super helpful! I have been having a ton of problems with my a/c (at another shop) and they fixed it much quicker than expected. What I really appreciated is they found other minor issues and were able to send me pictures without trying to upsell. Very honest and reliable shop. I will be back!

I was told by a MAJOR dealer that I needed the water pump replaced on my 2005 Corvette (only 30,000 miles). I was quoted $1200 by the dealership and told them to put my Vette back together and I would see if I could find a better deal. I contacted Paul's through RepairPal and received a call from Mike within 5 minutes, and a quote of only $700 for a new water pump installed. I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning and asked if I could drop it off Thursday night. Mike told me they closed at 5:30 but he would hang around until 6 just to get my Vette into the shop. Friday morning Mike called and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my water pump. He did a full diagnostic, gave me a heads up on rear brakes, and I walked out with only $57 in expenses. I'll take that $1150 savings every day of the week. This is a small shop with tight parking space, but I would trust them with any repair going forward. Very professional business I would recommend to anyone.
