My car was literally thrusted onto Paul’s Automotive by way of roadside assistance. It was near the end of their operating hours. They were able to do a handheld diagnostic and with the information I provided, a troubleshooting plan was developed. Ray kept me informed every step of the way.They housed my car inside one of their service bay, which was a relief because it was a Friday. After the initial inspection and testing Ray called and explained their findings and what the next step entailed, along with the cost, which was true when it was time to pay for their service.
