Had an emergency situation with my Jeep while I was downtown and these guys came to the rescue. While my vehicle me was there I ended up getting a few other things that it needed. This will be my Jeeps new shop for all virtue maintenance and/or repairs. Best customer service in town by far and extremely fair pricing. So thankful to have found them.

As always, we know Paul's will identify and fix any problems with our cars as they have for over 35 years. It's easy to make an appointment online and the staff are ready when the car is brought in. They update us across the day as to the progress and to discuss any problems that may come to light as they work on the car. The final invoice includes recommendation for future care and maintenance.

I wasn't going to leave a review but I've gotten about 12 emails from them prompting one, so here goes. The person I checked in with and who called me was very friendly and explained things well. I'm not a mechanic so I can't really speak to the work done, but my issue seems to be resolved so I'm happy. Prices seem very high for diagnostic work compared to other shops I've been at. They seem honest and didn't pressure me to get any other work done that wasn't needed. I will say, I thought having an appointment meant my car would be seen at that time and I would wait for them to tell me the problem and the time frame for the fix. That's how every other shop I've been to has done it. Instead they took my keys and said we'll probably call you later today, and I was stuck having to Uber home. So that threw me off, but otherwise very adequate car shop.

Great job as always by Mike's crew. Best car shop in town.

Paul’s Auto was AMAZING!! I have a Dodge Caliber and failed smog due to a cracked exhaust manifold, they got me scheduled in less than a week, gave me a reasonable price, and were very communicative! I also really appreciated the full inspection they did, with pictures!! The service itself only took 1 full day and a couple hours. Best outcome I’ve had with shops, highly recommended!

Great job. Jonathan from your staff was my co-pilot through this mechanical adventure. The '79 Ford F-100 is a sweet old girl. 302 w/ a C6. My #1 ride since 1981. Many happy times and fond memories from my Woodsy Owl days running around the Sierras and North Coast. Paul's has helped keep the truck in good form. Reliable and safe to drive.
