My EV up and died on me and Paul's Automotive was able to get me in the next day. They worked with my warranty people, ordered my part, and got it installed incredibly quickly. They communicated everything with me in a clear and easy to understand way. Everyone was very friendly, it's super easy to get to, and they have some very adorable shop pups. It was great working with this business!

Very thorough. Overall pleased with the quality. They are genuine and honest in their assessment of what does and does not require attention. Also, when repairs on my car were unexpectedly delayed (by ~2 business days) they voluntarily offered a 10% discount on labor. Their multipoint inspection includes a text link to a description of everything they inspected along with photos and a written summary if they recommended a repair. Of note, I replaced my cabin and engine air filters a couple weeks prior to taking my car here, and upon inspection, Paul's recommended against replacement of these items. I guarantee that a 'bargain' auto repair shop would have defaulted to recommending replacement of these items regardless of item condition. Paul's has trustworthy mechanics who provided quality workmanship, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Prompt service with no problems. I certainly can't say the same about the Honda dealership I was using. The appointment was easy to schedule and the shop's location was very convenient. I plan to continue using Paul's Automotive in the future.

Brought our Buick Encore in. Check engine light was on and engine was shuttering and hesitating. Paul’s did a thorough step by step check of causes which zi knew was correct, having reviewed the issue. online. They found a blockage in the emission system. cleared it and cured all problems. Thanks to the team!
