Prompt service with no problems. I certainly can't say the same about the Honda dealership I was using. The appointment was easy to schedule and the shop's location was very convenient. I plan to continue using Paul's Automotive in the future.

Brought our Buick Encore in. Check engine light was on and engine was shuttering and hesitating. Paul’s did a thorough step by step check of causes which zi knew was correct, having reviewed the issue. online. They found a blockage in the emission system. cleared it and cured all problems. Thanks to the team!

Everyone was so nice and professional. I was welcomed to the shop for my appointment, even though I was 30 mins early, and waited for my car to be smogged. The guys working had good conversation with each other while working, but never los pace. My car was done, a courtesy inspection was sent to me via text with upfront and honest suggestions with supporting photos! If you haven’t been to Paul’s yet, I highly recommend them or their sister shop Mike and Sons. Both are conveniently located, too, and have fair and transparent pricing.
