I received great service and a detailed report regarding the condition of my car. No one is thrilled with paying for car repair but Paul's Automotive had very fair and honest prices. Thank you for the repair job and respect.

Did a safety inspection. I really appreciate that they check out the brakes,etc. not just do an oil change. I feel that they are very honest and thorough. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience here getting my car smog test done. The team was professional, fast, and very friendly. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I was in and out in no time. I really appreciate how efficient and honest they weredefinitely recommend this place if you need a smog check in Sacramento!

Thank you once again to everyone at Pauls. I have air conditioning! Mine died and Jonathan is my go to guy for help. My Corvette had squeaky brakes which is expected because I just recently switched to race brake pads but I needed to make sure my last two track days didnt ruin them. Pauls checked the pads and the whole system plus fluids, tires and battery for a reasonable price and no attempt to upsell me or claim something needed additional fixing. I trust them.

Been looking for a new shop since moving close to downtown. Read the reviews, the website and made a good decision to go to Paul’s. My experience started with Scott walking out to greet me by name as I was just getting out of my car. Communication was great during the process and really liked seeing the inspection report that was texted to me and included pictures. All in all very satisfied and will be using Paul’s for all our maintenance needs going forward.
