Paul's allows us to keep our older cars, which we love by taking excellent care of them. We always know our cars will be safe to use for both daily task as well as for travel. In addition, they also keep our daughter's first car in amazing running conditions which allows them to transport our grandchildren safely when ever they are on the road. Mike and his team treat our cars as if they are their own and like their families are in them. We can't imaging needing to go anywhere else for car maintenance.

Quick, painless and fairly priced.

We really appreciate Paul's and eveyone who works there! Our vehicle had issues and they tried everything to keep costs down, but our car repairs had a domino effect ultimately needing a major repair. They helped us all the way through the process with a detailed explanation of what happened and our options. We will continue to bring our vehicles to Paul's because of their honesty, transparency and diligence.

As always, Paul's delivers excellent service and demonstrate that their customers are their priority. After 35 plus years, I can't imagine taking our cars anywhere else.

If I could I would give them 6 stars. I stumbled on Paul's automotive after my trucks engine stopped working while driving. I had my car towed home on a Sunday and had a mobile mechanic misdiagnose it as a simple sensor issue when in fact the timing belt was non operational. My original mechanic had closed shop and moved and so I was unsure what to do. I had a third service warranty and saw that Paul's automotive worked with 3rd parties. I called and spoke with Johnathan who was informative, compassionate and patient. He explained options and cost to diagnose and get to the root of the issue. I had AAA tow it to the shop. It turns out that issues with my truck were multiple and going to be costly. My 3rd party was not would not cover most of anything and I would be footing the bill pretty much on my own. Johnathan went over different scenarios and cost break downs and never lost his patience. I've worked with the public for many years and his demeanor was utter professionalism. After weighing the options I decided not to proceed with investing the money into the truck (it was over 20 years old) and had it towed out of the shop. They even offered to keep it another night and would have to push it back in from parking lot in a 103 plus temps during our heatwave. I decided to have it moved that afternoon. At no point did I feel did I feel pressured to make any expensive repairs. They were absolutely detail oriented and gave me a very good understanding of what was going on with the engine. There was a typed up diagnosis including what other items I should repair in the near future if I decided to proceed. As soon as I have a new car or truck I will be servicing it at Paul's automotive. I trust that they are honest, pay attention to detail and pro active. In the past I've had rushed mechanics who scribbled down what they took care and most of the time it was impossible to read. Most mechanic shops also avoid taking care of small things that end up causing damage in the long run. Looking back at my experiences with other mechanic shops I've never in my 30 plus years have felt I received this type of service and should write a review. Paul's automotive sets the bar!
