I'm a first-time car buyer and needed to get a presale check on my new car. It's a less common kind of car (FIAT electric), and other auto shops I checked with did not have experience with it. Paul's was fantastic! Ray and his team were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, made me feel reassured and confident in my sale (special shout-out to their remarkably detailed but fun-to-read online inspection report), and were very flexible with my schedule. Not only was their service a great value for money, I'm now a customer for life!

Paul’s Automotive Inc. is hands-down the best mechanic to go to in Sacramento! They are extremely kind and accommodating. Every time I’ve had an issue with my car they’re the first ones I call and they are always extremely helpful and urgent to service. I spoke with Ray this morning on the phone and he got me in within minutes of the phone call and helped me out with the issue I was having with my vehicle. I’ve been going to the shop before the owner changed, and it’s still one of the best shop out there. They don’t pressure you to do additional mechanical service, but they always put it out there for you to assess and make a decision. Honest place, if they can get a bigger spot it would definitely put them on top. Still, the best spot in Sacramento in my opinion!

My car was literally thrusted onto Paul’s Automotive by way of roadside assistance. It was near the end of their operating hours. They were able to do a handheld diagnostic and with the information I provided, a troubleshooting plan was developed. Ray kept me informed every step of the way.They housed my car inside one of their service bay, which was a relief because it was a Friday. After the initial inspection and testing Ray called and explained their findings and what the next step entailed, along with the cost, which was true when it was time to pay for their service. Great experience. Thank you all at Paul’s Automotive
