I came in with a flat tire after it popped coming off the freeway and I was hoping I could get it patched but the tire was unfortunately damaged to the point that could not happen so when the shop let me know they offered to put on my spare for FREE so I can get home safely and get a tire near my home. The service was kind and attentive, if ever you need service don't drive past this place. It's rare you find kind individuals who are truly wanting to help you.

I've been bringing my "old beater" classic 89 Camry wagon to Pauls for smog checks, oil changes, needed repairs and maintenance for years now. They've done repairs and fixes that probably no other shop will attempt. It's my reserve vehicle, they help me keep it roadworthy and safe. Special shoutout to service advisors Tracyln and John. Love these guys!🙂

I called Paul's for a quote after someone hit the driver side mirror of my parked car. Paul's was kind and helpful from the start and was able to get my car in the next day. The price they quoted me on the phone was the price I paid even when something out of their control happened and I needed to bring the car back in. They gave me all the documentation I needed to move forward with my accident and provided a review of the entire car for no additional cost.

Came in early for an appointment for SMOG and Paul's Automotive completed the service and performed a courtesy 14 pt inspection in a timely manner. I walked over to a coffee shop, tackled some emails, and walked right back to pick up my vehicle. I appreciate the text updates and link to view the inspection notes.
