I've been taking my 2008 Acura TL to Pauls Automotive fo years now and I have always been treated with respect, honesty, and great value for tremendous, professional service. It doesn't matter if I've taken my car in for a simple oil change or smog inspection or something more complex like my last visit in November for a complete system power drain. I know that I can trust them and that I will receive the same five star professional service from Jonathan, Tracy, and the entire crew to give me the best quality, and dependable service I possibly could receive. That's why I keep coming back to Pauls Automotive in Midtown Sacramento. I trust them and they respect me.

They did a great job even did a fluid check even when I was just there to get my smog done, which was really nice and they even vacuumed my car which I didn’t expect on just a smog check so definitely above and beyond.

Brought my 2019 Highlander here because it was just not running the same and a light was on. Jonathan greeted me and was quick to help! He situated me and got me out in 30 mins and it took 2 days but my car is back and soooooo good! Its running like brand new ️ love this local establishment!

What a wonderful place! Everyone super kind and friendly!! had to take my car to get tire pressure checked and they kindly checked all my tires and pressure and added air! I highly recommend them! so please take your cars in for service! It’s a place where they will take care of you and treat you well! Thank you very much! I have taken my cars to Paul's for many years because I trust them. I do a lot of maintenance for my cars at home, and I have significant mechanical aptitude; however, there comes a point in the life of most modern cars that strange failures start to happen. These are difficult to precisely diagnose, let alone repair. These are the problems I take to Paul's Automotive. Recently, my 20-year-old car spontaneously died and would not start. My personal code reader indicated several possible control failures involving fairly expensive parts. Paul's was able to narrow it down to one part. They took the time to answer my questions and assure me that it was the most likely cause of the failure. They replaced that part, and the car is running well. Car repairs are expensive, but at Paul's you get what you pay for and leave satisfied.

I came out of work and had a flat tire, luckily Paul’s Automotive is a block away. I showed up right as they opened and they fixed it for me right away. Great service at an awesome price, thanks guys!

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Had a nail in my tire and was shown why I needed a new tire and why I only needed one new tire. Gave me a ride back home and picked me up so that I wouldn’t have to wait because they were unexpectedly down staffed.
