I can't say enough positive things about Paul's Automotive Inc.. Paul, Mike and the crew are an honest, hardworking lot and that's hard to find in the realm of auto mechanics. The cost isn't cheap, but it's quality. Paul is straightforwrad about services needed and costs and doesn't try to push sales on you. The other thing I really appreciate was that his guys installed something on my car and one of the undercarriage pinnings came loose. I understand that this can be common on some cars, but the plastic base started dragging in the freeway. I called Paul, he said he would order the replacement and he would fix it--no questions asked, no hassle... just another 30 minutes out of another day (he bumped me ahead of other customers to get the problem taken care of right away). There's definitely a reason he's been in business for almost 40 years.

Honest work at an honest price (notice I didn't say cheap). I'm not looking for the cheapest place for the same reason I wouldn't look for the cheapest surgeon, my life is dependent on my car and there's alot of other places I would rather be frugal. I feel comfortable bringing my car here without feeling that my lack of knowledge of an internal combustion engine or the fact that I wear high heels will factor in the estimate of services. I would highly recommend this place to any woman looking for a repair shop. Tip: take your car in before they open, there is usually a line starting about 15 minutes before they open, and the earlier they can get to your car the more likely the work can be done same day.

I take both of my cars to Paul's. They always do a good job at a good/fair price. I have never had any issues with them and will continue to take my cars here!

I've gone to Paul's for a while now, but the topper came this week. My 98 Nissan Sentra broke down on Saturday, with double trouble: a clutch/transmission problem causing the car to go in and out of gear on the freeway, and a starter problem causing it to cut off and not start up. Fun.I was stranded 16 miles from my house. Instead of having it towed to the nearest AAA shop for what I knew would be a costly job, I opted to pay $132 for a tow directly to Paul's. The moment it landed, I felt a huge sense of relief; my car was "home" and in good hands. (Not only did Paul's diagnose accurately, as usual, the price was fair and the repairs were done in just four days - one day after the clutch came in - and the final cost was *below* estimate. The starter problem cost just $100. All told, instead of $2000 out of pocket and 8 days without a car, it came to $1050 tax included. Plus, both parts and labor are guaranteed by Paul's for a year. Yep, it's as good as it gets!

I was a little apprehensive to take my car in to an unknown shop, but needed a shop close to my work that I could get to and from during business hours. Checked out Yelp and found Paul's, which came with great reviews. I have to say, Yelpers got it right. Had an unknown heater problem so I took my car in for a diagnostic now that it's getting chilly in the mornings. Paul called me a few hours later once he looked at it and actually suggested I call my dealer to inquire about having the part replaced under warranty. I had forgotten that I purchased an extended warranty with my used car. Paul could have fixed the issue, charged me a couple hundred bucks, and sent me on my way, but he actually risked losing my business to the dealership in order to help me out. Long story short, Paul got my business and the warranty company will pay him for the repair. Paul should be commended for his honesty and integrity. Oh, and my heater's all fixed. :) Should I need auto service again, I will definitely be going back to Paul's.

I have not had work done here but yet I must write a review about Paul and his team! My car was having a couple of issues, so I e-mailed a few auto shops around town to see who could help me with what. Unfortunately, Paul couldn't fix my car BUT not only did he e-mail back within MINUTES(waaaaay after shop hours, too!) with a full explanation of what was going on with my car, he also referred me to a couple of other shops that could help me! I would highly recommend Paul and his team to ANYONE! Talk about kind people and AMAZING customer service!

I had the misfortune of having a bad leak in my cooling system about 4 months ago and stumbled (spewing steam) into Paul's to get an estimate. Paul himself looked at my car, explained my specific model had a common problem with a plastic part, put his finger right on it, and gave me a very fair estimate. The work was done promptly and under estimate. I have been looking for a neighborhood garage and I found one! Paul's is a great place to get your car repairs done!

I went to Pauls to get my 30,000 service on my Honda insight. They were fantastic, and a little over half the price of what the dealerships were going to charge me. They even vacuumed out my car for me, something the real mechanics don't usually do in my experience. Paul was kind and talkative. Whoot for Yelp recommending Pauls!

Brought my car in to Paul's to fix a problem that another mechanic couldn't even diagnose. Paul's figured it out very quickly and got it fixed. My wife and I have brought our cars here on three different occasions and have had a good experience every time. Prices are good and the service is great!

I needed a last minute oil change and Mike got me in and got everything done in less than an hour. He called to ask if I wanted to replace the air filter but did let me know that it would be okay if I waited. When I got back to pick up the car, I asked if they did the 45,000 mile tune-up that Subaru suggests. He said they did but when they worked on the car everything was in tip top shape and all I would need to do is balance the tires and that I didn't need that full service... thus saving me a LOT of money. To have an auto place tell me that I DON'T need to spend a ton of cash and to recommend something that is a lot cheaper is quite refreshing given some of the places I've dealt with in the past. Kudos to Paul's... they now have a new customer for life!
