I chose Paul's because it is a STAR station i.e. one that provides DMV STAR smog station certification testing. I have a 1995 Honda Civic. I asked them to do a maintenance check as well. They found two problems: a leak in the cooling system and brake pedal fading. Both problems were fixed quickly much to my satisfaction with the quality of the work and a high level of TLC customer service.

I was driving through Sacramento and stopped at a friends house only to find antifreeze leaking under my vehicle. Called Paul's first thing Monday morning and explained my problem. Needed my car fixed quickly so I could make it to work by Monday afternoon. The tech found my radiator had cracked. They gave me a quote and I called around finding the quote to be competitive. Authorized the replacement and they had me back on the road by noon. I'm grateful they were able to fix my problem and get me back on the road!
