I began going to Paul's last year on the recommendation of a close friend. Once again today I had a wonderful experience--Mike and the crew are great. I'm going to keep going back.

I called Paul's because I thought I needed to have my ignition replaced. Mike took my call and was extremely friendly. After explaining the problem, he asked me if I had tried to use another key to start my car. I hadn't even thought of that. I tried my other key it worked! I really appreciated the fact that he tried to offer a solution that didn't cost me any money. Even though I haven't had work done there yet, I know they will be my first choice in the future.

In response to the review written on 5/1/15, I am confident that these reviews are not fake. I have been going to Paul's since the early 90's and he and his staff are the most professional, honest Mechanics around. They back all the work that they do, and know what they are doing. One of the best places anyone can take their car to get worked on. I highly recommend Paul's to everyone.

They worked on my car plenty of times when I lived in midtown. They do honest work and will give you the choice on whether you want to move forward with the repair. The owner is a nice guy and very approachable. I've never had an issue when they worked on my vehicles at this repair shop.

I took my Dodge Ram in for a check engine light issue. They pulled the code, called me back to discuss the repair, had my truck back to me later that afternoon. Good service at reasonable rates.

I have taken my vehicles to Paul's for several years now and have found them to always be a highly trustworthy and courteous automotive repair company. There have been several situations where they could have taken advantage of me by changing for work that was requested, but during diagnostics found to be unnecessary.

Paul and his staff are amazing! They are honest and efficient and always willing to go the extra mile. I would never take my personal or work vehicles anywhere else!

These guys are awesome! They are honest and won't try to sell you any unnecessary services like some shops! You might have to schedule a week or two in advance but it would be worth it.

What a find!!My check engine light came on and I had been loosing tons of coolant. I had a Jiffy Lube pull the code and it was for a leaky gasket head.I took my 2001 Mustang to Paul's to see what the extent of the damage was and what the repair would cost. They ran extensive diagnostics but only charged me for the initial hour of work that was on my quote. Mechanic friends of mine verified there is no way the work could have been finished in an hour. Paul's, however, did not jack up the cost when they had to do a bit of extra work.The guys here are super nice. As a woman, I always brace for dealing with mechanics. I believe these guys were straightforward and treated me like they would a guy.Highly recommend this shop.
